Ashley Walker is the visionary leader behind ASH Consulting, a firm that elevates business success by applying proven operational principles across industries, with a niche in the food and beverage sector. With over a decade of experience managing multi-million-dollar fast casual concepts, Ashley brings unmatched expertise in team leadership, operational efficiency, and scalable growth strategies.
Her career began as a Corporate Financial Consultant and Tax Specialist, building a strong foundation in business finance before transitioning into hospitality. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Howard University and a Restaurant Management certification from the College of DuPage, blending financial insight with operational mastery.
Dedicated to mentorship and community, Ashley enjoys guiding Chicago’s youth and empowering future leaders. Outside of work, she savors life’s simple pleasures, a slice of pizza paired with a lively glass of wine!
